Our New Stories
Origin of our Brand Name

7oaks Preschool is inspired by the majestic oak tree, a symbol of strength, resilience, and longevity. We believe that all children have the potential to grow into strong, resilient, and successful adults. Our nurturing environment provides a safe and supportive space for children to learn and grow at their own pace. We encourage them to explore their interests, try new things, and make mistakes. We believe that mistakes are a natural part of learning, and that it's important for children to learn from their mistakes.

We know that social skills are essential for success in school and in life. At 7oaks Preschool, children learn how to interact with others in a positive and respectful way. They learn how to share, take turns, and resolve conflict. They also learn how to work as part of a team.

We believe that a quality preschool education is the foundation for a successful future. At 7oaks Preschool, we provide your child with the tools they need to succeed in school and in life. We help them develop the skills they need to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and problem solvers.

We are confident that 7oaks Preschool can be a great place for your child to learn and grow. We welcome you and your child to our preschool so that you can see firsthand what we have to offer. We are sure that you will find our program to be high-quality and that your child will thrive in our nurturing environment.

Our Unique Attributes

Our mission, "Inspiring Every Child to Thrive", is to raise well-rounded children who are equipped with the skills they need for a successful and fulfilling life. Through carefully designed environments and planned play experiences, children explore and engage in meaningful activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence. These attributes combine to create a vibrant and enriching learning environment that is unique to 7oaks Preschool.

Integrated Curriculum

At 7oaks Preschool, we offer two distinct curricula for different age groups:

• The Versatile Child curriculum caters for children aged 2 months to 3 years. It is based on the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF). Educators are guided in their daily practices through the W.E.A.N (watch, evaluate, appropriateness, nurture) approach. The 3Rs – Respect, Respond and Reciprocal, are fundamental principles that guide our educators in their interactions with young children.

• The Global Child is an integrated curriculum for children between 4 to 6 years. It is based on Nurturing Early Learners Framework (N.E.L). The teaching involves learning through the approach called P.E.E.L where children Play, Explore, Experience and Learn concepts through meaningful activities. Well-rounded Child

Reggio-Inspired Learning

In addition to our core curriculum, we offer Reggio-inspired learning. The learning provides children with opportunities to explore, inquire, and express themselves while developing critical thinking skills and a love for learning.

Children work at the Atelier, a space designed for children, to undertake projects or investigations based on topics of interest or questions from the children on the learning activities such as ‘In the Shape of Clay’, ‘Digital Ray of Light’, ‘Secret of Paper’ and ‘EdiGarden’ using variety of materials.

Our Reggio-inspired classroom nurtures children's innate curiosity and creativity. The teacher or Atelierista works directly with classroom teachers and children to facilitate learning experiences that complement classroom curricular learning.
