    1. Promotion applies to a limited number of enrolments and is subject to availability.
    2. All promotional incentives, excluding the one-month fee rebate of $408.50 (IBP only), will be disbursed upon registration and the successful collection of the deposit and the first month’s school fees.
    3. The one-month fee rebate of $408.50 (IBP only) will be issued to the child’s parent after the child completes their third month of enrolment, provided all school fees are paid up to date.
    4. School bus fees (IBP only) for the second and subsequent school years will be based on the prevailing rate.
    5. The promotion is not valid for the transfer of children between our centres.
    6. The newly registered child must start school at one of our centres by 1 April 2026.
    7. A deposit and the first month’s school fees must be paid during registration. Otherwise, placement is not confirmed.
    8. Should the child’s enrolment be postponed, our centre has the right to offer the place to another child on the waiting list. In this case, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited as a penalty.
    9. If the child is withdrawn any time before the enrolment date, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited. A written withdrawal notification is required.
    10. A minimum 12-month enrolment period is required for all newly registered children. If a child is withdrawn before completing 12 months, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
    11. 7oaks Preschool reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or alter any part or all of the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice and without liability.
